A: Yes! JAPAN LIBRARY mainly exhibits at books fairs and academic conferences. Past examples include the Association for Asian Studies (AAS), British Association for Japanese Studies (BAJS), European Association for Japanese Studies (EAJS), European Association of Japanese Resource Specialists (EAJRS), London Book Fair, Frankfurt Book Fair, International Studies Association (ISA), and more.
Q: How often does the online newsletter get sent out?
A: If you have subscribed to the newsletter, you can expect to receive it on a monthly basis. On some occasions we might get a little busy and that month's newsletter will be postponed to the following month.
Q: Where is JAPAN LIBRARY based out of?
A: JAPAN LIBRARY is based mainly out of the JPIC office located in Jinbocho, Tokyo. The area is Japan's center for publishing houses and book stores.
Q: Are review copies available?
A: Yes. If you are interested in writing a review of one of our titles for a journal, blog, etc., please get in touch with us and we will review your request. Many of our titles have been featured on Japan Forward, nippon.com, The Japan Times, Contemporary Japan, Books on Asia, Asian Review of Books, etc.
